STRATIS PAPOUTSOGLOU
THE VERSATILE
Stratis was born and raised in Athens, but his desire for a harmonious life closer to nature brought him to Crete.
He pursued studies in both Computer Science, Pastry while participating in Permaculture initiatives in Athens, reflecting his diverse interests.
As a co-founder of PoTolo, Stratis not only brings a unique blend of skills but also possesses a deep understanding of the agricultural practices and how to use them effectively.
MYRSINI ARCHONTAKI
THE WINE GURU
Myrsini, a specialized chemist oenologist, took her first steps in winemaking at her grandfather’s
wine press in Tsourouniana.
Her extensive experience in winemaking includes producing wine from indigenous Cretan varieties, cultivating aromatic herbs
always with dedication to biodynamics.
As co-founder of Potolo, Myrsini is the driving force behind the production of Potolo wines
and the curation of wine tastings.
ALEXANDROS MAVROPOULOS
THE UPBEAT
Alex relocated from Athens to Crete, seeking fresh experiences and a different lifestyle
outside the bustling capital.
His introduction to Myrsini and Stratis in Crete marked the beginning of his involvement with PoTolo.
Leveraging his experience gained from working in technology companies on an international scale, Alexandros plays a crucial role in contributing to the development of PoTolo.
